Tothemoon Received MiCA Approval in Cyprus

The race for approval within the European Markets in the Crypto Asset Regulation (MiCA) continues. The deadline for approval was yesterday, July 1, 2026. This means that providers who previously offered crypto services must cease their operations if they do not receive approval from the relevant authority.

Tothemoon is a platform that announced today that it has been licensed under MiCA by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP). Other established crypto providers are licensed through CySEC.

Tothemoon CEO Aleksandr Petrushin said the approval reflects their commitment to providing a reliable and compatible crypto platform.

Tothemoon said it plans to expand its services across the EEA following the approval.

Tothemoon was launched in Lithuania in 2017. The company reports that it serves more than one million users in approximately 160 different countries. Trustpilot gives the platform a 4.4-star rating (17 reviews).
