Confirmo is now a fully organized operational hub for the company’s entire European business. Under EEA passport rules, the license gives Confirmo the right to offer its services in all 27 EU member states.
Confirmo was previously approved and authorized as a CASP under European MiCA regulations in 2025
The company will now be able to process payment transactions as an authorized Payment Institution and thus process regulated stablecoin payments across Europe.
Anna StreblConfirmo Group CEO said that they have been working on building crypto payment infrastructure for over 12 years, and their dual authorization means they are fully regulated in Europe, enabling stablecoin payments at an institutional level. He stated that as of July 1, the market will be divided into two groups: those who are fully licensed under MiCA in the EU and those who are not. Those who are not approved must cease their activities.
