Ondo Finance and Broadridge Financial Solutions launch third-party tokenized securities solution

It is a live third-party tokenized US securities solution that operates entirely within the existing US regulatory framework to provide full voting rights to holders of tokenized securities.

The underlying shares never leave the traditional U.S.-regulated custody chain. Ondo’s registered transfer agent issues corresponding tokens issued on the Ethereum blockchain and backed 1:1 by shares held by regulated custodians. Each token holder will receive the same shareholder rights and protections that shareholders who hold them through U.S. brokerage accounts receive, including issuer communications and on-chain proxy voting through Broadridge’s ProxyVote.com platform.

Bluprynt and Chainproof unveil digital asset managers and officer insurance
