In a press release, the two firms announced that Dalmore will support Polymath’s mission to enable tokenized securities in a compliant manner.
Polymath to integrate Dalmore’s transaction management system and capital raising technology Polymath Capital Platform Tokenization to facilitate the issuance process. Polymath allows the tokenization of any asset, including real estate, private equity, debt and more. To date, Polymath has activated more than 200 token offerings.

Issuers on the Polymath platform will gain access to an end-to-end capital formation platform including onboarding, KYC/KYB verification, issuance management, broker-dealer compliance review, investor communications and post-closing lifecycle management.
