Oasis SecurityNon-Human Identity developer and agent access management this week announced a $120 million Series B funding led by Craft Ventures with participation from existing investors Cyberstarts, Sequoia Capital and Accel. It brings total funding to $195 million. This round reflects the rise of AI agents integrated into enterprise infrastructure and the growing awareness that managing access in today’s evolving infrastructure requires a fundamentally new approach.
As organizations scale AI, Agency Access Management (AAM) becomes important. Given that machine identities now outnumber humans by 82:1 (Palo Alto Networks), systems designed to manage access are built for humans, not autonomous systems. Oasis created a core layer to manage access on each machine identity under a single policy.
“Cybersecurity is defined by how we protect against anomalous and risky events. In the age of AI, that definition is being reshaped by access. Agent value is defined by access, and so is modern risk. Every organization that deploys AI agents assumes access risks they can’t yet see. Oasis was built to change that.” in question Danny BrickmanCEO of Oasis. “We see this happening across our customer base as well: The organizations that scale AI the fastest are those that view access as a fundamental necessity, not an afterthought. That’s the problem Oasis was founded to solve.”
The AAM platform provides organizations with control, enforcement and full visibility over access to critical systems. The platform evaluates what each system is trying to do and grants only the access needed to complete that task. Oasis secures access from vaulting and consolidation to temporary permissions, enabling organizations to maintain tight control over how systems interact with critical infrastructure.
“AI is reshaping enterprise infrastructure, and access has become one of the most important layers of control in this transition.” in question michael robinsonPartner at Craft Ventures. “As AI brokers proliferate, organizations need a fundamentally new approach to managing non-human identities and mediated access. Oasis has emerged as the clear leader in this category, and we’re proud to partner with Danny, Amit, and the team as we build the platform that defines access management for the brokerage era.”
