finastra, A banking technology provider says it is incorporating artificial intelligence called OperatorAssist into its payments platform.
Finastra notes that errors and inefficiencies continue to take up significant time, and this new service solves these problems and reduces the cost of these hurdles by automating analysis and providing solutions. The company claims the productivity increase is around 20%.
Finastra VP of Payments Barry Rodrigues says they eliminate friction from daily operations and empower organizations with faster, smarter ways to solve problems.
Finastra reports more than 7,000 customers in more than 110 countries, including 40 of the world’s 50 largest banks.
